● Good self-lubricating performance: It can work without adding lubricating oil or with a small amount of oil during operation, making it very suitable for some working environments that cannot have oil stains, such as food processing equipment.

● Strong chemical stability: It has tolerance to many chemical substances and can work in environments with chemical corrosion risks, such as chemical equipment with acidic and alkaline substances.

● Low noise: Compared to metal gears, the noise generated during meshing transmission is relatively low, which helps improve the working environment.

Purpose

● In the industrial field, it is used for power transmission in textile machinery, printing machinery and other equipment, utilizing its wear-resistant and self-lubricating characteristics to reduce equipment maintenance frequency.

● Automobile manufacturing: Used for the transmission system of some auxiliary equipment inside automobiles, such as seat adjustment devices, to leverage their advantages of low noise and good mechanical performance.

● Food and drug industry: In equipment such as food packaging machines and drug filling machines, high hygiene requirements and no oil contamination are met.

Production Strength

The injection molding machine is equipped with an automatic robotic arm to improve production efficiency.
